Press Report weekending 5th October

On the Sunday of last weekend the Clydesdale Harriers had the SVHC Half Marathon starting and finishing at the Clydebank Shopping Centre and running out and back along the Forth and Clyde Canal as far as Maryhill. The fastest harrier to complete the course was Paul Carroll (1.20.24 pb) closely followed by Gerry Montgomery (1.23.07 pb) and Pamela McCrossan (1.28.57).

Also that day was the Denny 10k where Kath Scott ran well to finish as 2^nd lady overall and as 1^st veteran prize winner in a time of 42.26.

The day before was the Saab Salomon Turbo X Trail Race and the McAndrew Relays. No results as yet but hopefully will have them next week!
