Since the demise of the forum at the scottish athletics website there have been many developments. Apart from the new one started by Gary Condie at www.saforum.org.uk there is the English site at http://athleticsdaily.proboards.com which has a Scottish Board. there are several immediately interesting threads - one under the title 'Scotstoun Track' is illuminating as to who will be the dominant partner in the joint rugby/athletics venture. It has a reference to www.glasgowwarriors.org which is worth a wee look. There is also another board under the heading of 'New Low in Scottish Athletics' by Walter Bisset (Walter and I once shared a bottle of undiluted Scotch Whisly in Cardiff one Sunday night). There are several references to employees of scottish athletics infiltrating independent forums and the last word so far is under the headline 'Kiltrunner sorts out the spin doctor'. It's worth a look if you are into Scottish Athletics.
