Dunfermline Auld Toon 10K

Paul Carroll travelled through to Dunfermline on Wednesday - he was working on Thursday and would miss the Polaroid 10K and he needed the race so it was Dunfermline first stop. On a hilly trail on a windy night he was clocked at 37:45 to be sixteenth of 253 finishers. It was a creditable run and a good work out after suffering from a slight bug. Having been in good nick before the minor illness he should recover in short time. Welcome back Paul!
