Tinto Hill

The Tinto Hill Race was run on a good afternoon for hill running and there was a very big field of which 293 finished. Prasad won in 31:28 with the second runner (Al Anthony) timed at 32:16. The only complaint was that cross country training made the hill climb hard work but there was also a spectacular fall of about 40 metres at, he says, 30 mph! Michael had 200 runners behind him but only 94 in front when he finished in 42:13. Well done chaps!
