Congratulations!

Congratulations to James Austin on becoming a grandfather again at the start if January when daughter Lindsay had a wee boy. That's two grandchildren now and that's when you start to feel old age approaching. Rumour has it too that the stork is about to visit James himself round about the time of the National Cross Country Championships.
