I have been looking at the Runners Life website for the firat time and for endurance runners it is really good with a variety of features and a lot of good biographies of runners. I was particularly attracted to the one on Scottish Marathon runner and multi medallist and record holder Jim Alder which goes into his life and training in some detail. Johnathan Farrell referred me recently to

The reference mentioned takes you to back issues of the magazine and you only have to pick your onw preference for any aspect of sport such as weight training, plyometrics, planning the year properly, etc. Again, pay it a visit and see what you think
