Paul Carroll and Gerry Montgomery went to the suspiciously long Lasswade 10 at the weekend. Paul was twenty sixth in 61:02 and Gerry four places back in 62:42. Next races for them are the Tom Scott, a much faster 10, on 11th April and then the London Marathon. Good luck in both of these, boys!
Prasad had another good weekend when he went to the Bishop's Hill Race in Fife. It was back to leading the field home when he won the race by half a minute in 20:12 from anther 66 runners. He reckons that the snow at the op slowed times a lot and this weekend he is off to the Glentress Duathlon in Peebles.
