This league is for U13 athletes and upwards, where we compete in a variety of different track and field events, sprints, middle distance, jumps and throws.

Central and South of Scotland League:

25/04 - Grangemouth
23/05 - Dumfries
27/06 - Linwood

This league is for U11 athletes and upwards, it is the first year we will have competed in this league and again we compete in a variety of different track and field events, sprints, middle distance, jumps and throws.

Some Rules for Linwood open graded:

U11 and U13 athletes may not compete in the 300M, 400M, Triple Jump or any event exceeding 1500M

U11, U13 and U15 athletes may not compete in more than one race of 600M or over on the same day

U11, U13, U15 and U17 athletes may not compete in more than 3 events on the same day and U20 athletes may not compete in more than 5 events on the same day

Registration for all Wednesday evening meetings will open at 6pm. Entries will close 30 minutes before each event and at 7.30pm for all events. Entries for the Golden League Meeting on 7th August will open at 12 noon, close 30 minutes before each event and at 2pm for all events.

Great Scottish Run

1.5k or 3k Saturday 4th September, pre-entry only
