We are looking for the Fourth Amigo. The BMAF 10K Championships are at Wolverhampton on 12th September and Brian can't make it because there is a wedding he has to go to. A fit M60 or M65 would have until September to get himself in shape, enjoy the trip and maybe even come home with a British medal.
It would also be good to get a team of M/F 40, M/F 50 runners out as well. If guys like Gary, Paul and company worked for this one they would be in great nick for the George Cummings and the McAndrews!
Pass the word to all the M60 or M65 runners that the race is on and if they are interested to contact Bobby Young.
