Great Scottish Run /1.5/3k

Congratulations to all the junior athletes who participated in the Great Scottish Run yesterday. Excellent performances all round. Results:

Caitlin Stuart finished an impressive 5th in a time of 6 mins 24 secs, in the 9 yr old female age group.

3k Girls

Eve Kerr had an excellent run to finish 5th 9 yr old girl in 14 mins 50 secs.

Kathleen Ewing also ran well to finish 6th 10 yr old girl in 14 mins 46 secs.

Ciara Devaney had a good run to finish 26th 11 yr old girl in 15 mins 30 secs.

Jenny Kerr ran great to finish 27th 11 yr old girl in 15 mins 46 secs.

Rachel Busby ran really well to finish 11th 12 year old girl in 13 mins 51 secs.

Claire Reid also had an impressive run to finish 6th 15 year old girl in 13 mins 18 secs.

3k Boys

Stephen Kane had an excellent run to finish 10th 10 yr old boy in 13 mins 17 secs.

Lewis Hay also ran impressively to finish 16th 11 yr old boy in 13 mins 06 secs.

Andrew Hunter had a great run to finish 20th 12 yr old boy in 12 mins 57 secs.

Christoher Kane also ran really well to finish in 17 mins 21 secs.

It was nice to see such a great turnout from our junior runners who can all be really proud of their performance.
