Well done to all the athletes who competed at the West District relays on Saturday at Rouken Glen Park,
The junior female team, U13 Rachel 12 mins 20 secs, U15 Roisin 11 mins 22 secs and U17 Claire Reid 11 mins 55 secs finishing 22nd team overall.
The junior female team, U13 Jenny 14 mins 10 secs, Eve 13 mins 42 secs and U15 Kirsty 15 mins 35 secs finishing 39th overall.
The junior male team, U13 Andrew 11 mins 42 secs, U15 David Campbell 11 mins 03 secs, U17 Tony Dolan 10 mins 08 secs finishing 36th team overall
We also had Lewis running, finishing in 12 mins 07 secs and Stephen running well finishing in 11 mins 46 secs.
The next cross country race is at Duchess woods, Helensburgh this coming Saturday. I hear it is not suitable for spikes and trainers with good grip are recommended.
