Well done to Conor Ewing who was 1st overall in the Nigel barge 3k on Saturday in an excellent time of 10 mins 37 secs. Also well done to Roisin McShea who was 2nd girl overall in 12 mins 02 secs, closely followed by Rachel Busby, 3rd girl overall in a PB for the 3k on the road, in 12 mins 23 secs (approx time, still waiting official time). Also still waiting on Claire Reids official time which I will post on the blog when the full results become available.
