West Dunbartonshire Sports Awards 2013 were held on the 28th June. The Awards provide the council with the opportunity to thank coaches, volunteers and athletes for their dedication, and also to recognise their achievements. The winner of the Young Person’s Coach Award 2013 was Clydesdale coach Phil Dolan. He was awarded it for his outstanding contribution to the introduction and early development of sport for young people, under the age of 18. Well done Phil, you deserved it.
