Club cross country championships

It was a nice day for the Club Cross Country Championships, held at Carlieth Farm this afternoon.
Junior results detailed below, please note placings should be accurate but times are approximate, especially in the Under 11s boys and girls race where it was a very close finish.

UNDER 11 Girls and Boys (1 lap, approx 3 quarters of a mile)
A close and exciting finish from the under 11 girls.
1st - Cira Devaney - 5 mins 47 secs
2nd - Rachel Campbell - 5 mins 48 secs
3rd - Caitlin Stewart - 6 mins
Another exciting finish from the boys, resulting in a joint first place
1st - James Grant/Tony Gallacher - 5 mins 39 secs

UNDER 13 GIRLS AND BOYS (2 laps, approx 1.5 miles)
A good run from both the under 13 girls and boys

2nd - Rachel Busby - 11 mins 20 secs

1st - David Campbell - 11 mins 34 secs
2nd - Andrew Hunter - 11 mins 43 secs

Under 15 GIRLS AND BOYS (3 laps, approx 2.25 miles)
Another good race, with a close finish for the boys
