Rachel unfortunately missed the road race today due to a last minute family committment so I can't really comment on weather or course conditions but I hear there were some excellent performances. Details below:
Under 13 girls 2500m
Roisin McShea did the club proud, finishing an impressive 12th from 83 girls, in a great time of 9 mins 55 secs.
Caitlin Dick, had an excellent run to finish 55th overall, in an impressive time of 11 mins 12 secs.
Under 15 girls 3700m
Claire Reid also had a great run, to finish 33rd in an excellent time of 15 mins 57 secs.
Well done to all 3 girls who ran today.
Under 13 boys 2500m
David Campbell had a good run to finish 59th in a good time of 10 mins 47 secs.
Under 15 boys 3700m
Tony Dolan finished 30th, running a great race in an impressive time of 13 mins 41 secs.
Under 17 men 5000m
Peter Bowman had a great performance, finishing 16th in an excellent time of 16 mins 53 secs.
Again well done to all 3 boys who competed today
