First of all, congratulations to Paul Carroll and whoever gave him a hand in getting two reasonably good men's teams out in the Six Stage Road Relay on Sunday: I'll be doing my best to be there and shout the chaps on. Other non-running members should do their best to help by coming and shouting the boys on!
Second, the article on Glenpark Harriers on the Scottish Athletics website, www.scottishathletics.org.uk, is worth a look. It is about how when they were last in the National a couple of years ago, the decided to do something about it and the story is at the above website under the heading "Greenock Glenpark Turnaround."
Seeing as how I'm on holiday this week, I'll make no comment! (And that's a first!!!)
