Last weekend was the Paisley Vision 10k. Four Clydesdale
Harriers took part. Fastest harrier was Hugh Laverty (39.52), followed by Alan
Dick (40.51), Alan Lorimer (47.23), and David Mitchell (48.46).
Next weekend, for some of the harriers, is the Highland
Perthshire Half Marathon (Saturday 7th) at Aberfeldy. On Saturday 14th is the obstacle race called the
Dumbarton Adventure Obstacle Trail Races “Over and Under” which comprises of a
10k and a 5k at Overtoun House, Dumbarton. At the end of the month are the Loch
Ness Marathon and the River Ness 10k at Inverness.
