Congratulations to U15 Boys Andrew Hunter and David Campbell for finishing in 2nd place at the Scottish athltics indoor league on Sunday. A great result for the boys, considering that all events could not be covered because they could only participate in 3 events each. Results below.
Andrew Hunter, 3 PBs (I think)60m in 7.90 secs, 200m in 26 secs and 5.15m in the long jump.
David Campbell, again a few PBs here, I think, 60mh 9.87 secs, 400m in 62.14 secs and shot put 7.35m.
Also some good performances in the Scottish schools cross country last weekend:
U15G Roisin McShea finishing in 25th place in 13 mins 59 secs.
U15B Conor Ewing finishing in 32nd place in 20 mins 42 secs.
U17B Tony Dolan finishing in 63rd place.
Well done to everyone who ran at the weekend and good luck at the Scottish road race on Sunday at Rouken glen park.
